Fabulously entertaining

I found Femme Fatale to be one of the most interesting plots I've seen in years. Aside from the obvious Eye candy of Rebecca (representing the best of the SF Bay Area!!), the plot had me so turned around, I was stunned. It is very rare that I cannot guess where a flick is headed, much less predict the very words that an actor will speak before he or she says them, a fact well known among my friends. Yet this film totally had me no less than twice, a miracle for a film today.

In addition Banderas plays a very understated part, probably one of his best acting performances in years as far as I'm concerned. The chemistry was great, the plot excellent, the photography way up there, and of course one of the best strip teases in modern films. Way to go Brian!!!
