Donnie Darko. The first time i'd heard of Graham Greene's short story...the plot, about kids destroying an old man's house was so intriguing...and though the only thing i knew was the latter, i ended up imagining a film with the very same premise for an entire year;a month ago i wrote the first act. But now...i'm short of stuck, much like Jack Torrance was in The Shining. And in spite of having no wish to kill anyone, i guess i could use some advice on how to continue...or perhaps an evaluation of the 18 pages i've written so far. P.S. I recently read the actual "Destructors". The only thing it shares with my work, is THE TITLE.
