Indian and world film fans are reeling from the loss of two major Indian film actors within a day of each other this week.
IRRFAN KHAN January 7, 1967 - April 29, 2020
Khan many say was a "wonderfully nuanced actor" who was not only in Bollywood movies but became an international star with films like LIFE OF PI, SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE, and THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. His greatest role was in the global hit THE LUNCHBOX. A great role was Asif Kapadia's THE WARRIOR. He also shone in Mira Nair's THE NAMESAKE. Lots of great films to go back and rewatch or discover for the first time.
