Bill Maher in Raleigh

Last month, Bill Maher came to town and filmed his HBO special, but I'm not wrong, here in Raleigh. It was great seeing Maher grace our stage and I hope he enjoyed his stay. The special is full of mirth. He started his new season last Friday. If you did not catch his special, and you don't want to left out in the progressive cold, you can catch rebroadcasts on HBO and also on Utube. Put in Bill Maher 2010 But I'm not wrong.

If Jon Stewart is our Will Rogers, then Bill Maher is certainly our Mark Twain.

Bill Maher has consistently shown his genius over the years. I love the guy.
His book NEW RULES (2005) has so much bite that the pages almost snap on your fingers.
He can sting you with one line, one crack-thump phrase.


NEW RULE:

Stop releasing Star Wars over and over.
Who cares if there is 4 more seconds of Chewbacca or the special effects have been re-done AGAIN.
It's still just a space movie for guys who can't get laid.
