There is a series of films on photographers on the Sundance Channel which would be nice to watch--do any of you get that?

Sundance Channel photographers series starts 3/3
photographers include
Tina Modotti, Tierney Gearon. Tina Barney, Robert Mapplethorpe, Cartier-Bresson, William Eggleston, Helmut Newton, Herman Leonard, Peter Beard...

East Coast times start at 7PM, with two films each night. I'd die to see the one on Peter Beard. I hope somebody will report. Apparently Sundance has shown some films on photographers before.

I got this from an article (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/02/arts/design/02geft.html) in the Sunday NYTimes (March 2, 2008).

Some of them I know are available on DVD, such as HENRI CARTIER BRESSON: THE IMPASSIONED EYE.

I'm deeply interested in still photography and have done a lot of black and whilte work myself. See my website here (http://www.chrisknipp.com/photographs/index.html) for some of my favorite work of my own from the past.
