Long Day's Journey Into Night (1962)
This is the most piss poor worthless DVD release I have yet come across. Republic pictures didn't do a damn thing with it. In addition to having NO special features, it doesn't even have stock features like subtitles or even a lousy trailor. The print wasn't touched up at all. On top of all that it isn't even available in a widescreen format. For shame, it's hard to even appreciated this film when watching it in such a pitiful condition. Anyone interested in seeing the film should tune into TCM this Wednesday to see it Letterboxed, and probably in a better print. At least with that you'll get a little information courtesy of Robert Osbourne.
